Shortly after I came back to LCS as a faculty member in 1997, I was showing my wife and kids around Tech Square when we bumped into Michael. I introduced him to them, and he insisted that my kids follow him back into his office. He then proceeded to give them a tour, with demos of all his favorite toys, and how he could project his desktop onto the wall and control everything with remotes. The kids were thrilled of course, and came away with a correct impression of how much fun it was to be part of LCS with Michael at the helm.
